Answer! Your CBT allows you to ride a Moped of up to 50cc

Your CBT Certificate entitles you to ride a 50cc Moped. You must ride with L-Plates & you are not allowed to carry a pillion, or use Motorways. 

You can upgrade to an AM LICENCE by passing your Theory & two-part practical test. This entitles you to remove L-Plates & carry a pillion. 

You cannot use Motorways!
